Lang pointed out in his speeches that this action not only negatively impacts employees' rights but can also exacerbate the gap between politicians and the public. He explicitly stated that such laws will become more of a pressure on employees rather than helping the community.
While Merz is pursuing the implementation of this plan, Lang, criticizing the lack of sufficient attention to the real problems of the people, called for a reconsideration of this law.
