On Friday morning, a severe fire broke out in a multi-family building located in Chmenitz, resulting in several injuries. According to local officials, the fire started from a unit on the first floor and quickly spread.
The Fire Was Contained, but Questions Remain Unanswered
Firefighters managed to contain the fire after extensive efforts, but at least four people were injured in the incident, two of whom were severely hurt. While initial investigations to determine the cause of the fire have begun, concerns about the safety of similar buildings in the area have increased.
