In a shocking incident in Ludwigsburg, an ambulance collided with a car during an emergency operation, injuring three people. The accident occurred on Saturday at an intersection while the ambulance was passing through a red light with its hazard lights and sirens on.
Details of the Incident
According to reports, the 21-year-old ambulance driver initially reduced speed upon seeing a car that a 58-year-old woman was turning left in, but then accelerated again. Meanwhile, the car driver continued moving despite the red light, leading to a severe collision between the two vehicles.
As a result of the accident, the woman's car was thrown to the left and, after crossing a traffic island, collided with another vehicle that was waiting. All three individuals, including the ambulance driver, his colleague, and the female driver, were slightly injured and taken to the hospital. Fortunately, the driver of the third vehicle remained unharmed.
