Zelensky's Firm Denial
Zelensky has emphasized in his recent speeches that Ukrainian forces are still present in this city and are insisting on maintaining control over it. These claims from Russia have been made while fierce battles continue in eastern Ukraine, with both sides striving for superiority.
As the situation on the battlefield remains complex and fluid, Zelensky, stressing the determination and will of Ukrainian forces, assured the people of the country that efforts to defend the homeland will continue and has strongly denied the reports about the capture of Kostiantynivka.
