The Globo Dinner at HSWT University in Freising was not just a friendly gathering but turned into an intriguing social experiment. In this event, out of a hundred guests, only ten percent sat at tables full of food, while others either settled for rice or remained hungry.
Protest Against Inequality
In the midst of this ceremony, a woman who was upset by witnessing this inequality decided to change the situation. However, her action was immediately met with a strong backlash, clearly indicating resistance to change.
In the end, despite the tensions and protests, speeches were held, and ultimately all guests were able to experience a shared meal. This event not only raised questions about social justice but also showed that sometimes, even in simple gatherings, the depth of social inequalities can be observed.
