Following the implementation of construction projects on subway lines 3 and 6, residents of Oberland Street in Sendling, Munich are facing disorder. Since late May, a replacement bus station has been placed in front of residents' homes, causing significant dissatisfaction among the people.
Residents' Frustration and Accusations
One resident named Nicole B. expressed dissatisfaction with the officials' disregard for local needs and criticized the insulting behavior of some passengers. She referred to the daily challenges arising from these changes, stating: "Sometimes we are even insulted." This issue highlights the depth of the crisis in this area, which officials seem to overlook in their decision-making.
The chaos at this station has not only caused distress among residents but has also negatively impacted the normal flow of daily life. It seems that this situation will not improve anytime soon unless officials seriously address the existing problems.
