Starting July 10, trains on the Wiesbaden to Troisdorf route will be halted for five months. This halt is due to the implementation of a massive project for the reconstruction of the railway line, which will cost around 1.3 billion euros.

During this time, passengers can reach their destinations using alternative services, namely Pendler buses. These changes will inevitably be challenging for many travelers and are expected to have significant impacts on public transportation in the area.
