Yesterday morning, a heartbreaking accident on the A7 highway in the southern direction resulted in the death of a 46-year-old woman. The incident occurred while the woman was traveling from North Rhine-Westphalia and, at a distance between the Fulda interchange and the Bad Brückenau exit, collided with a truck due to not paying attention to the stopped traffic.
Details of the Incident
According to police reports, the vehicle, after colliding with the truck, violently hit a guardrail and then collided with another truck. The severity of the accident was such that the woman lost her life instantly at the scene. This accident not only took the life of this woman but also caused heavy traffic and a complete closure of the A7 highway for five hours.
Two truck drivers at the scene of the accident received medical attention, but fortunately, they were unharmed. The financial damage caused by this incident is estimated to be around 10,000 euros.
