On the eve of a crucial parliamentary vote on July 10, Bavaria has become the center of widespread protests. More than 1700 psychologists, in an open letter to the President's Minister, requested that urgent attention be given to serious concerns regarding the health reform plan.
Serious Concerns of Psychologists
This group of professionals has clearly stated that the proposed reforms could have dire consequences for the mental health of the community. They reminded the Minister that neglecting these issues could lead to even more serious crises that would negatively impact patients and healthcare services.
Given the importance of this issue, it seems that the voices of protest in Bavaria are gradually turning into a public movement. While the government continues to review this plan, psychologists have called on all segments of society to pay attention to this appeal and support important facts regarding mental health.
