Keyvan Voland, former striker of the national football team, has decided to end his professional career. He had hoped to lead 1860 Munich to the second division of German football, but due to financial issues and tensions with the team's investor, he has now been relegated to the fourth division and can no longer take the field.

Following these events, Voland stated: "There comes a time when you have to make tough decisions, and this was not easy for me. But now the time has come for me to enter a new chapter in my life." The 33-year-old star, after years of playing for major teams like Bayer Leverkusen and AS Monaco, will now play with the amateur team FC Thalhofen in the Marktoberdorf alongside his brother, Ruben Voland.
He continued: "Reflecting on the past 16 years, football has brought beautiful moments for me, and I will always be grateful for that. Now I want to have a new experience in amateur football and spend more time with my family and friends."
