In an unprecedented move, the Shwan Market municipality intentionally did not clean the trash bins from June 8 to 14, and instead, a municipal employee recorded the status of the litter left next to these bins daily.
Negligence or Irresponsibility?
This action led to a large volume of illegal waste, including furniture, broken dishes, and even vacuum cleaners, accumulating next to the trash bins. This situation not only harms the urban landscape but also reflects some citizens' disregard for waste collection laws and regulations.
Despite the municipality's efforts to monitor waste collection, it seems that some individuals remain indifferent to the rules. This issue may indicate a need for more education and awareness regarding waste management in the community.
