The Child and Youth Support Center in the Mansfeld-Südharz region continues to provide supportive services to around 300 children and adolescents daily, in celebration of its 35th anniversary. This center supports children and families by offering a range of services, including family counseling and social meetings.
Increasing Challenges in Supporting Children
Despite a long history of providing supportive services, the center is facing increasing challenges due to rising social and economic problems. Living conditions in many families are such that there is a greater need for support. This organization strives daily to meet the diverse needs of children and families, but social and economic pressures are clearly on the rise.
The discussion about the future of children has gained more importance, especially under current conditions. Given the social and economic situation, the need for attention and support for children is felt more than ever. This center, as a support base, carries a heavy responsibility and strives to respond to these challenges with all its might.
