Recent unfortunate events, such as the shooting at the stadium, have once again highlighted the serious dangers of the youth workers' profession. These employees not only face social and cultural challenges but are also exposed to physical and psychological threats.
Growing Concerns
Youth workers, as social guardians, encounter difficult and dangerous situations every day. From verbal threats to physical attacks, the pressures on these individuals are exhausting and draining.
Given these circumstances, is it not time for society and officials to support these individuals? Should we not appreciate their efforts and sacrifices instead of criticizing them?
